If you are working wif a mnc, and the company is taken over by a new CEO who can’t wait to cut cost and retrench employees, most probably u r not only not able to get promoted but also no increment and might risk losing your job.
Some ppl said there’s no job security working in mnc these days, not sure if this is true.
