Android or iPhone?

Been looking at some smartphones these few weeks.

Initially it was at Android phones like the Samsung Galaxy S and HTC Desire. But the iPhone-using friends have also been mounting a credible persuasion…

My main purpose is the free apps (besides the usual call and camera functions, etc) – i need to use them frequently, I’m a I-need-to-know-that-NOW kind of guy. And some cool free games to keep my kids when we’re waiting for our food.

So… any suggestions?

As an Apple fan, I would say that Android seems to be catching up really quick and its doing a good job at it too. You won’t go wrong going for either one.

Way OT but I don’t think you should let the kids play with the phones at the restaurant, lest they become those gadget people who cannot hold conversations with their parents. Been seeing to many of this kind of people nowadays.

My hubs uses Motorola Droid, which is an Android. And I have been eyeing the HTC Incredible – which I think is super cool, works better than iPhones, less burden on the wallet too. It’s the apps you want, both kinds of phones will allow you to download the apps.

After seeing this video, I am hooked on HTC…which by the way stands for ‘High Tech Computer’. 🙂

I’m eyeing for one too, but I just afraid that the high tech gadget like this won’t survive my daughter stress test. But among this 2, I will go for android.

Much as I would like you to get an iPhone, reckon an android has more variety and thus different specs that would suit your needs better. Actually the HTC looks very nice.
